Your culinary adventure begins at the Hawthorn Dining Room & Bar at the Fairmont Palliser with a chef’s demo and three tastings plus a take home recipe.

From there stroll historic Stephen Avenue for another satiating savoury tasting at The Chocolate Lab, a premiere bean to bar chocolate maker, to sample award-winning chocolate.

You’ll wrap up your tasty tour with a soul satisfying dessert.
