You’ll meet at a reserved table in the main food hall for a light brunch, including a breakfast sandwich, coffee, and fruit. During brunch your guide will tell you all about the history of the market and Alberta’s seven signature foods.

Following brunch, you’ll stroll through the farmer’s market to meet with vendors and enjoy about a dozen tastings. By the end of your tour, you’ll be inspired to shop the market and head home with an abundance of ideas of what to make and freshly sourced Alberta ingredients.
