It’s easier than you think! With just one lesson you can be up and paddling!
The introductory SUP lesson is designed to suit those with little to no experience on the water to those looking for an advanced lesson. Your Paddle Canada Certified Instructor will help you hone your overall technique by teaching you new paddle strokes, core strengthening, and learning how to make more efficient use of your muscles. Your instructors will tailor an experience to your needs.
No previous experience required.
Have fun, build core balance, strength, and confidence while enjoying the scenery of the calm, protected waterways of Vancouver’s Granville Island and False Creek.

- 2 hour SUP lesson taught by Paddle Canada Certified SUP Instructors
- SUP board and paddle

- May - September
- Group / Public lessons: Wednesday thru Sunday 9:00am *
- Private Lessons: 9:00am and 11:30am *
*Subject to availability
Need to know:
- You must be able to swim on your own.
- Minimum age for group lesson is 16 years
- Minimum age for private lesson is 12 years.
- Under 16 must be accompanied by someone over 19 years old.
- Children 12-18 years require a legal guardian or parent to sign for them in person.
- Lessons run rain or shine.
