Stop 1:  Known for its lively atmosphere and friendly staff, you will have the choice between two of their signature appetizers: House made Ricotta with Lillooet honey and crunchy sourdough or Calamari â la Plancha with a garlic lemon olive oil.

Stop 2:  Flute & Fromage for 1x Prosciutto, Burrata and Fig Jam Crostini and a shared dish Berthoud Savoyard, a classic French fondue dish from the region of Savoie made with Abondance Cheese (Cows milk) served with potatoes, cornichons and Prosciutto Cotto.

Stop 3: Stonesedge Kitchen where you’ll enjoy modern Canadian cuisine with a choice between Salmon Risotto, Red Wine Braised Chicken, Short Rib Bolongese, or Ratatouille Stuffer Peppers (Vegan).
