This trip is for those with good fitness and a great sense of adventure! There is lots of down climbing and you will be taught how to rappel. This tour is like the ‘Adrenaline Canyoning Tour Kelowna’ but with more heights, more sceneries and requires a bit more physical effort!

Your canyoning adventure begins when you meet your guide and they discuss the tour progression, equipment, and safety with you. You’ll then follow your guide on a 25 minute drive to the canyon followed by a hike up to the entrance of the canyon (10 to 15 minutes). You’ll spend between 2.5 to 4 hours in the canyon (depending on the size and ability of the group) and then a 20 to 30 minute hike back.

Canyoning is a sport that involves descending through water routes such as creeks, rivers, and streams using a variety of techniques including hiking, swimming, abseiling / rappelling, jumping, scrambling, and sliding.

No need for previous experience! Just a sense of adventure!

Need to know:

The tour is considered to have a ‘Moderate’ adventure level, and you should be in good physical condition.
Guides are all qualified with recognised certifications.
You should be able to swim (15m).
The minimum number of participants is 2. Maximum of 8 participants.
Participants should be comfortable with heights. The tour includes multiple rappels, some of which can be as high as 15 meters. However, all slides and jumps can be bypassed by rappelling.
Minimum age for participation is 14 years.
Minors must be accompanied by a guardian (under 16).
Minimum height limit is 4’6”.
Maximum harness waist size is 42”.
What to bring: bathing suit, towel, running or light hiking shoes that can go in water, windbreaker, light rain or hardshell jacket, water (1 litre), and a small lunch or snacks.
A personal vehicle is required to drive yourself to the meeting point / trailhead.
