Stop 1: Bearfoot Bistro - You will enjoy a delicious seasonal amuse bouche tasting plate followed by a wine cellar tour sabering (chopping bottle open).
Stop 2: Hy's Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar- For the tour appetizer, choose between a Prime Beef Slider, Hy’s famous Nourish Bowl, or their Seared Ahi Tuna.
Stop 3: Quattro at Whistler - Full main course choice of Pan Roasted King Salmon with truffle creamed leeks & lemon succo, or Charred Bavette Steak with saffron risotto & autumn vegetables, or Fusilli Tartufati with local wild mushrooms, truffle cream & sage.
Stop 4: Finish the evening with Chef's artisan cheese plate accompanied with local craft jelly.
