For an exhilarating combination of fresh air, Coastal Mountains scenery, horse riding and a hearty cowboy dinner, head out on this unforgettable half day horse back riding experience.
No matter whether this is your first time in the saddle or you rode years ago, you will enjoy horseback riding through the wilds of British Columbia, a short drive from Whistler. Under the guidance of a friendly and knowledgeable guide, you will climb steep, well maintained mountain trails to scenic viewpoints. During this exhilarating horse riding adventure, you’ll marvel at the agility and serenity of your sure-footed mountain horse as it lopes along a beautiful woodland trail and steps quietly through the beautiful mountain side.
At 1pm, at the base ranch in Pemberton, you’ll meet your horse and wrangler and be transported 20 minutes down the road to the 10,000 acre mountain tenure in the Birkenhead Lake National Park. Riding starts at the base camp or trail heads.
After your ride, you will enjoy a Cowboy Supper of streak/chops or chicken with veggies and of course baked beans along with our signature glass jar desserts. You’ll relax by the camp fire and you will be taken back to the ranch to return to civilization.
