Adrenaline Canyoning Tour Kelowna

This half-day tour is perfect for individuals who are new to Canyoning or have limited experience.

Your adventure begins when you meet your certified guide and discuss the tour progression, equipment, and safety. Following a short hike to the upper entrance of the canyon (10-15 minutes), you’ll slip on your wetsuit, helmet, and harness. Then you enter the canyon and start your descent!

You’ll spend between 1:30 and 2 hours inside the canyon, depending on the tour and the size of the group. During this time, you will rappel down waterfalls, shoot down natural
slides, zipline, and swim in natural pools!

Canyoning is a sport that involves descending through water routes such as creeks, rivers, and streams using a variety of techniques including hiking, swimming, abseiling / rappelling, jumping, sliding, and scrambling.

When everyone reaches the bottom of the canyon, it’s a 5-minute hike back to the car.

• This tour has been designed for individuals who are new to canyoning or have limited experience but are in good physical condition.
• Participants should be comfortable with heights. The tour includes multiple rappels, some of which can be as high as 15 meters. However, all slides and jumps can be bypassed by rappelling.
• The minimum number of participants is 2. Maximum of 10 participants.
• Children as young as 8 years old are welcome, but parents are responsible for ensuring their kids' behavior. The hiking portion of the tour tends to be the most challenging for young participants.
• Minors must be accompanied by a guardian (under 16).
• Minimum height limit is 4’6”.
• Maximum harness waist size is 42”.
• What to bring: bathing suit, towel, running or light hiking shoes that can go in water, windbreaker, light rain or hardshell jacket, water (1 litre), and a small lunch or snacks.
• A personal vehicle is required to drive yourself to the meeting point / trailhead.
