Muscle Car Racing Experience, Grand Bend Motorplex

Push a muscle car to its limits at London’s Grand Bend Motorplex!

This is your chance to get behind the wheel of a bad ass muscle car and put the pedal to the metal! Whether you have a passion for muscle cars or want to feed your need for speed, this unique driving experience provides you with the chance to discover first-hand what it’s like to drive a high-performance Ford Mustang or Dodge Charger at top speeds. You'll take on tight corners, drifting with ease while chasing after supercars and exotic cars.

Your muscle car racing experience begins with 2 discovery laps as a passenger in an SUV/Van. During these laps, you’ll become familiar with the track’s layout and the instructor will provide you with some beneficial driving techniques.

You’ll be accompanied by a track instructor in the passenger seat for the duration of your drive to offer any assistance if required and ensure safety.

Bring your family and friends to the track to cheer you on. Admission is free and guests are welcome to watch from the observation or pit stop areas.

The Cars

• Ford Mustang V8 and Hemi Dodge Charger
• All cars are automatic.

How fast will I be able to go?

• There is no speed limit! You can go as fast as you want but you are encouraged to drive within your abilities to ensure you are in control of the car at all times.

Need to know: 

• Minimum age for driving: 17 years.
• if you can not drive for any reason a professional instructor will take you around the track. Minimum age requirement for front seat passengers is 7 years old. 
• All track laps are based on 1.5 km track distance. 1 lap = 1.5 km. If on the day of your experience, the entire 3 km track configuration is used, your laps will be reduced accordingly. 
• You must have a valid driver’s license to participate in the driving experience (G2, G or foreign driver's license).
• Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow time to get registration, instructions and discovery lap completed. Be prepared to spend a minimum of 1-2 hours at the race track.
• Experience includes a complimentary instructional discovery lap in an SUV/Van.
• You will need to wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes, preferably sneakers. Flip flops and high-heels are not allowed.
• Track day events run rain or shine, unless the weather is extreme.
• You will not be required to provide a security deposit or purchase insurance.
• Every effort is made to provide you with the car you have reserved, however if due to unforeseen circumstances or unexpected maintenance the experience provider is unable to do so, you will be provided with an equivalent or higher value car.
