Right next door to Kensington Market is Chinatown, first developed in the late 19^th century and now one of the largest Chinatowns in North America. It is one of six Chinatowns in the Greater Toronto Area and a beehive of activity with shops, fruit and vegetable stalls, traditional Chinese herbal medicine dispensaries and of course, lots of great food.
