Your Ottawa sightseeing tour begins with your guide picking you up at your hotel and heading out on a narrated drive past some must-see sights beginning with a driving tour through Rockcliffe Park. Large tour buses are not allowed in this area, but as this is a smaller tour, you will have the exclusive opportunity to check out some sights most tourists won’t get to see, such as the Governor General’s Residence (Rideau Hall), the official residence of the US Ambassador to Canada, and the Prime Minister’s Residence. Plus, you will have a stop at the Rockcliffe lookout point where you can take some great pictures while looking out on the Ottawa River.

Next, you will board a relaxing Ottawa River Cruise to enjoy famous views of the downtown city center and along the Ottawa River.

Following the cruise, you will enjoy a narrated drive passing iconic attractions such as the Parliament Buildings and make stops outside the Supreme Court and Canadian Museum of History.

To complete your tour your guide will take you to Parliament Hill, home of the Parliament of Canada. Here you will get the opportunity to learn about the nation’s rich history and admire the beautiful Gothic revival style buildings on a fully narrated walking tour of the grounds.

At the end of the tour, your guide will take you back to your hotel in downtown Ottawa.
