Your Montreal sightseeing tour begins with a narrated drive from the base of Mont Royal all the way to the top. Along the way you will pass multiple points of interest such as the Golden Square Mile located at the base of the mountain and a bustling neighborhood known for its Victorian-era architecture and affluence, and Notre Dame des Neiges cemetery, the largest cemetery in Canada.
Once you reach the top you will experience the best view of the city at the Mont Royal Lookout. Here, you will experience a panoramic view of the entire city of Montreal including the St. Lawrence River and the surrounding Appalachian Mountain region.
Next, you will pass by some of the city’s most interesting areas including downtown Montreal, Chinatown, and McGill university. Once you reach historic Old Montreal you will enjoy the rich history with some of the oldest buildings in the area set along cobblestone streets, including the beautiful gothic-revival Notre Dame Basilica.
The final leg of your tour is a relaxing cruise along the Saint Lawrence with some of the best views of the city’s skyline. Once the cruise is completed, you will explore the Port of Montreal Tower, a glass tower 65 meters high, right on the water with breathtaking views of and the St. Lawrence River and downtown Montreal.
At the end of your tour, your guide will take you back to your Downtown Montreal hotel.

- This tour operates in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately.
- The exact tour time may vary slightly based on seasonality and traffic.
- St. Lawrence River Cruise is seasonal, only operating from May to October, replaced with Le Grande Roue de Montréal Ferris Wheel November – April.
- During summer months (June-August) pick up cannot be made in Old Montreal and you will direct you to a central meeting location instead.
- Tour guide gratuities are not included, optional and always appreciated.
