Using a Helislim Virtual Reality simulator, you’ll get to choose from a variety of missions and get a feel for what it would be like to fly a real Bell Helicopter.

Your virtual reality adventure begins with a briefing. Your instructor will give you introduce you to the helicopter instruments, the virtual reality headset and how to use them. While flying the helicopter you’ll be constantly switching between what you feel and see outside on a large curved screen and checking the realistic looking instrument panel.

During your flight briefing you'll get to choose with between a variety of missions ranging from the basic principles of learning to fly a helicopter to more advanced flying operations like landing on a frigate or narcotraffic surveillance.

Need to know:

• No experience is needed.  The experience is for all, pilots and non-pilots alike.
• Minimum age:  14 years of age.
• Hours of operation:  Tuesday to Sunday 10am – 6pm
• Pre-flight briefing is in addition to the flight times of 30 or 50 minutes.
• The Helicopter Flight Simulator Experience is not recommended for people who are prone to vertigo or have heart problems.
