Join an evening excursion filled with unexpected enchantment!
Between the trees, in the shadow of Whistler's mountains, legend has it there is a hidden place where stardust falls from the night sky, filling all living things with its pure light … but few know how to find it. The 1.5km pathway is marked only by the lingering traces of two long-ago hikers. The legends hold that its beautiful mysteries stay with you long after you have visited Vallea Lumina in Whistler

Moment Factory, a global leader in video, lighting, sound and special effects, has created a multimedia experience that will take you on a magical night walk in pursuit of hidden wonders, telling a story that unfolds in chapters along the way.

Duration: 45-minutes - 1 hour in the forest.

Distance: 1.5 km walk 

When: Available year-round Monday - Sunday at sundown.

Where:  a 10-minute drive from Whistler Village  VIEW MAP

Need to know:

• The entire experience takes place outside within a trail network which is partially leveled but not asphalted.
• Tour times change depending of the sunset time as this experience operates after nightfall.
• The paths are not recommended for people with reduced mobility as they consist of several steep staircases.
• Children 5 and under can attend with Mom and Dad for free.
• Using a baby carrier is recommended. Strollers are not recommended including the off-road/sports models.
• Weather – Summer: The experience still takes place even in the rain. Be sure to bring a rain jacket. Umbrellas are not allowed as it may affect the viewing experience of other guests. The event may be cancelled in the event of thunder or lightning storms but will give notice and re-book where possible.
• Weather – Winter: The experience still takes place even in snow or rain. Be sure to dress for the weather with warm waterproof layers. Please wear appropriate winter footwear. Gloves, scarves, and toques are recommended. Umbrellas and snowshoes are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted on site.
• Restrooms are available at the venue before you begin the experience as well as after you complete it.
• There is complimentary parking at the venue.
