Dubbed one of the ‘Top 10 Food Markets’ in the world by National Geographic in 2011, the St. Lawrence Market is over 200 years old with more than 120 vendors. Led by a local food expert, you’ll tour the market, visiting different vendors and sampling the St. Lawrence Market’s tastiest treats along the way. Spectacular butchers, dynamic fishmongers and unbelievable bakeries make this tour a feast for all five senses.

Through out this tour you’ll get taste a decadent flaky chocolate pastry fresh from the oven, morning coffee, tea or expresso, Toronto’s iconic Peameal Bacon and Egg Sandwich, PEI Oysters, local Ontario charcuterie, Atlantic smoked salmon, Gravlax, and more delicious St. Lawrence Market favorites.

Plus, you’ll get to enjoy a tutored cheese tasting session of artisan Canadian Cheeses and receive a Culinary Adventure Cheese Tasting Journal and 10 cheese recipes.

• How much food with there be? You’ll have plenty to eat and drink and certainly leave satisfied. (Our advice: Have a very light breakfast and come hungry!)
• This tour runs in all weather conditions. Please dress accordingly. Please wear comfortable footwear as a moderate amount of walking is involved.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Tour guide gratuities are graciously accepted at your discretion.
