Segway Tour and Wine Tasting at Atlantis Niagara Winery

Set off on a fun and exciting Niagara wine and Segway adventure!

This guided tour is a great opportunity for wine lovers to enjoy a Segway ride, to learn about the history of the region and to discover Atlantis Niagara Winery’s incredible wines.

Your tour begins with a 10-minute training on how to ride a Segway. Once everybody feels comfortable, you’ll follow your guide on a 3km journey around the vineyard, including a breathtaking view of Lake Ontario, learning about wine and icewine production along the way.

Following your Segway tour, your guide will take you through Atlantis’ winery for several tastings. Atlantis Niagara Winery specializes in ultra-premium late-harvest Icewines and fruit ice ciders that taste like no other!

• 1 hour guided tour including 10 minutes Segway Training and 30 minutes touring on a Segway.

Where:  Atlantis Niagara Winery is located in Beamsville, Ontario, along the shore of Lake Ontario, a 30 minutes from Niagara Falls and 1-hour away from Toronto. VIEW MAP

Need to know:

• Minimum age for participation is 12 years. Wine tasting is restricted to 19 years and over.
• Weight restrictions: each rider must weigh between 100 and 250 lbs (45 to 115 kg).
• Each person receives individual training and time to get comfortable on the Segway before they start the actual tour.
• Segways are operated by sensors underneath your feet, therefore, you will need to wear comfortable and flat shoes.
• Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level.
• Tours will run rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by your tour guide. Please wear appropriate clothing.
• Riders must wear the helmet that is provided with the tour or provide a similar multi-impact sports helmet (must be CSA approved).
• It is not recommended that pregnant women and any person with health restrictions or seizure disorders participate in this activity.
