Niagara-on-the-Lake Wine Tour by E-bike

A great way to explore the center of Ontario’s wine region!

In Niagara-on-the-lake, wine tours by bike are an eco-friendly way to explore the town and wineries. With an electric bikes you can sip a variety of samples without worrying about being too tired to cycle home.

An experienced, local guide will take you around to four niagara vineyards.You’ll indulge in wine tasting as you learn all about the art of turning grapes into your favorite alcoholic beverage. You’ll be amazed by the diversity of the wines and their producers, each one with something different to offer.

The idyllic, quiet roads of Niagara-on-the-Lake are great for bicycles. Your guide will brief you on how to use the e-bike and any safety measures at the start of the tour.

E-bikes work just like a regular bicycle but are slightly heavier, and they only assist you when necessary. With no gas engine, they are quiet and respectful to the environment. You will receive personal training with time to practice before you start the tour.

To ensure you have the most memorable experience possible, the group size will be kept to a maximum of 8 participants. Sit back in the seat, feel the breeze in your hair, and enjoy the beautiful wines produced in this unique terroir.

Duration:  approximately 3.5 hours

When:  May – October tours daily 12:45pm 

Need to know:

• Minimum age for participation is 19 years.
• Maximum age for participation is 75 years.
• You must be comfortable driving an E-bike or Scooter on gravel or paved roads at 25-30 km/h.
• All participants will be required to sign a waiver before the start of their tour.
• All particpants must wear a helmet for the full duration of the tour. The is a mandatory regulation in the province. Please feel free to bring your own helmet if you prefer. 
• Tours are limited to 8 people to truly meet our guests’ needs and to ensure the safety of participants.
• Tours run rain or shine.
• Minimum weight for participation is 80 lbs (40 kg).
• Maximum weight for participation is 250 lbs (115 kg).
