No matter whether you rode years ago, or this is your first time in the saddle, you will enjoy horseback riding through the wilds of British Columbia. Under the guidance of a knowledgeable and friendly guide, you will climb steep, well maintained mountain trails to scenic viewpoints. You’ll marvel at the agility and serenity of your sure-footed mountain horse as it lopes along a beautiful woodland trail and steps quietly through the mystical ‘Enchanted Forest’.
At 9am, at the base ranch in Pemberton, a short drive from Whistler, you’ll meet your horse and wrangler and be transported 20 minutes down the road to the 10,000-acre mountain tenure in the Birkenhead Lake National Park. Riding starts at the or base camp or trail heads. On full day rides you’ll return to the base by 6pm and on half day rides by 2pm.
