Two Week Introduction to Pole Dancing

'Intro to Pole' is a 45 minute class designed to give you an idea of what pole dancing is like. This introduction to pole dancing is a great way to get acquainted with Tantra Fitness’ Vancouver and Richmond pole dance studios. Along with the ‘Intro to Pole’ class you get 5 Dance Fitness Classes to use over a 2 week period.

Not only are these classes sexy, but great workouts.

These classes are about having fun, getting fit, feeling sexy and discovering abilities you probably didn't even know you had - not about how you look.  During a 2 week period you will enjoy the "Intro to Pole" class plus 5 Dance Fitness classes. 

Pole dancing is a great way to stay in shape or get in shape! It is sexy, fun and it promotes flexibility. The great thing about pole dancing is you need not be a seasoned dancer to learn it; individuals with zero experience in dancing can learn the twists, turns, climbs and spins in no time.

Need to Know:
