Enjoy improvements in core and limb strength, focus, sense of balance and coordination. Come enjoy a blissful relaxation on your paddle board under the warm summer sun. All of our yoga fitness times come with a certified Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga instructor.
Equipment provided: board, paddle,, quick release leash and life jacket

Location: Meech Lake & Lac Leamy, Gatineau
What to bring: bathing suit, sunscreen, hat, towel, beach footwear and outer garments to suit conditions for the time of year.
Weather: This experience is weather dependent and may be subject to postponement, in which case your experience will be rescheduled for a later date.
