Experience the ultimate vacation adventure by touring Calgary and the Rocky Mountains in the side car of a motorcycle. A unique, fun, adventurous way to explore Calgary and countryside.
The fun of this unique experience gift begins when you meet your friendly driver in Calgary. When they arrive you will be outfitted with your helmet and hop into the sidecar.
Riding in a sidecar can be described as a "bucket list" must do. It evokes a sense of freedom and relaxation. The "hack" as it's called is very roomy and comfortable. There is a heated blanket in case of cool weather, a place for your portable device to charge, and rain gear to use of course.
Stops are made along the way and time is permitted to explore on foot depending on your interests.
The sidecar motorcycles are modern copies of the 1938 BMW R71 and the 1942 BMW R75. While they have retained their vintage look they perform like a 21st century motorcycle, are very stable, very safe and can go almost anywhere.
Rest assured that your guides are experienced motorcycle riders with excellent driving records and advanced training. They will be transporting you as safely as possible. They are licensed under provisions of the Alberta Motor Vehicle Act as motorcycles, and must abide by the same rules and regulations as any other motorized vehicle traveling on provincial roadways.
