This beginner foundations course starts every student off, building strength, co-ordination and flexibility, and getting you familiar with your pole! These classes are friendly to women of all shapes, sizes and ages.
You will amaze yourself!
Classes run at the same time, same day each week for 6 weeks and each course provides a full body workout & something new each week!
Pole dancing is fundamentally resistance training – it is a very effective way to develop upper body and core strength, plus the dance elements improve your cardio fitness. Most importantly it is fun! You will get to learn pole lifts and spins that you never imagined you would or could do. You do not need to be co-ordinated or have a dance background, Allure Fitness instructors will teach you the moves to make you look great. Each class runs for 50 minutes. No fitness experience needed.
You must be a woman at least 18 years of age or older to register for pole dancing classes.
Duration: 6 weeks (1 class per week)
