You will meet your guide at STOCK Food and Drink in the main lobby of the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. With a table reserved either inside or on the terrace and weather permitting, the tour will start with refreshments while taking a peak into how the hotel sources some “mile zero” ingredients year-round despite living in a winter zone six months of the year.

The tour will then progress into the heart of the hotel for French Brasserie cuisine at the newly refurbished Vermillion Room for a classic dish and beverage pairing. You’ll step into a grand space that sweeps you off your feet and into a beautiful brasserie with a menu serving dishes with French elegance and Canadian charm.

Enjoy the timeless atmosphere of the Castle’s newly renovated bar, Rundle Bar, while nibbling on one of Alberta’s seven signature foods.

You’ll visit 1888 Chophouse, the hotel's flagship to enjoy a dish that shines a light on great Canadian produce. Be sure to leave room to finish with a bite of decadent dessert.
