Activate your Experience
If you have received the experience as a gift, go to the link in your gift notification e-mail and enter your 4 digit validation code.  If you do not have a Breakaway Experiences account, you will be asked to create one first. 

On successful validation, you will be automatically redirected to your My Account page.  In My Account, you may choose to Activate or Exchange your experience.

Contact your Experience Provider
Once activated you will be able to view and/or print your Experience Certificate from your My Account area. The certificate will contain the name of the Experience Provider and their contact information.  Please contact the Experience Provider to book your experience quoting the Experience Certificate Number (beginning with BRE- ).

Print and bring your Experience Certificate
Please bring a copy of your Experience Certificate with you on the day of your experience.
