Your culinary adventure begins with meeting your guide at Place d’Armes in Old Montreal. After brief overview of the history of Montreal, it’s off to the largest Chinese grocery store in Chinatown. Here you’ll learn about its history and how to make a Bahn Mi sandwich and then get to enjoy this local treat.

Next, you'll get to enjoy a quick bite of Szechuan, Dongbei, and Hunan food along with tasting crispy pork, BBQ pork and BBQ duck. You’ll follow your guide to a classic Hong Kong style dim sum. Enjoy a fortune cookie as you learn how the oldest business in Chinatown makes these tasty treats.

The tour finishes with tasting Chinese pastries at a Cantonese bakery where you can try some famous dragon’s beard candy and high quality tea from a Montreal base company with farms in southern China.
