Spring and Summer Tour (May to August) *
- Foraging for wild berries, shoots, edible trees, and leaves.
- Learn everything you need to know to safely gather, prepare and cook the unique flavours found only in nature that may include fiddleheads, nettles, big leaf maple flowers, licorice head, wild camomile, and oyster mushrooms to name a few of the treats you may discover.
- A great tour for kids, food nerds and hikers.
Fall Mushroom Foraging Tour (September to November) *
- Learn how to SAFELY identify wild mushrooms like porcini, honey, wild oysters, chanterelle, and dozens more edible mushrooms that you will never find in the grocery store!
- With your group, you'll identify all the mushrooms you find and discuss the different families of mushrooms you can find around the world.

Need to know:
- Walking is done mainly on gravel paths with some uneven surfaces. Depending on the final location of the tour, off path wandering may be permitted.
- This tour is suitable for grandparents and children.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please note this is an identification only trip (no harvesting).
- A minimum of 6 people are required on the tour for it to operate.
