Stand-up paddleboarding is huge around the world for very simple reasons... low impact and attainable for everyone. It's a core fitness workout, so you will always be at your best when going out to paddle board!

Equipment provided:  board, paddle, quick release leash, life jacket

Season:  May – September

Location: Paddlefit offers classes at a variety of locations in Ottawa and Gatineau.

What to bring:  bathing suit, sunscreen, hat, towel, beach footwear and outer garments to suit conditions for the time of year.

Weather:  This experience is weather dependent and may be subject to postponement, in which case your experience will be rescheduled for a later date.

Maximum class size:  12

Minimum age:  12 years old
